Ben Hogan of Bailey & Glasser’s Morgantown, West Virginia, office represents clients in serious personal injury, medical malpractice, and products liability claims. He also concentrates in class actions and mass tort litigation.
Prior to joining Bailey & Glasser, Ben worked as a litigation associate with Allan N. Karlin & Associates and most recently served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert B. King of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Ben graduated with distinction from the West Virginia University College of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the West Virginia Law Review and as President of the West Virginia Fund for Law in the Public Interest. Ben currently serves on the board of directors for Friends of the Cheat, a nonprofit organization devoted to restoring and preserving the Cheat River watershed.
