Ben focuses primarily on complex civil litigation. He represents a diverse range of clients faced with high-stakes disputes, including consumer class actions, multidistrict litigation, and business litigation.
Ben also provides general corporate legal counsel to businesses, including drafting and negotiating contracts, entity formation, corporate governance, acquisitions, finance, and regulatory compliance. Ben has represented clients in the life science, tech, and cannabis sectors.
Ben is an active member of the Boston Bar Association, guest law360 contributor, and licensed to practice law in MA and NH. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the UNH Law Review and was a member of the Daniel Webster Scholar Honor’s Program.
