Mary Pat a Partner at the firm, is part of Bailey & Glasser’s complex commercial litigation practice group, where she represents local small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and international companies in multi-million-dollar business disputes. In addition to her commercial litigation work, Mary Pat focuses on employment law. She routinely represents both businesses and individuals involved in various employment disputes, including victims of sexual harassment and employment discrimination typically resulting in a discharge.
Mary Pat enjoys the intellectual challenges of her work, and brings the work ethic and relationship-building skills she learned playing collegiate basketball to her job. Her ability to transition between defense and plaintiff work gives her a deeper understanding and an unusual perspective into litigation.
Mary Pat played collegiate basketball and graduated from Marshall University, after playing collegiate basketball at St. John’s University. She earned her juris doctorate from the West Virginia University College of Law. Yes, she roots for both the Herd and the Mountaineers.
