CHARLESTON, WV EAST END PARK
While serving on the Charleston City Council for 10 years, one of the major initiatives for Marc Weintraub was the revitalization of the Charleston East End. The community needed to develop enhanced greenspace and community resources. During Marc’s tenure, the city improved and expanded the Roosevelt Community Center and also designed, raised the money for, acquired land and built the East End Park. The land used by the East End Park was previously abandoned parcels with environmental concerns. Now the land is a beautiful park with amenities planned for folks of all ages.

Bailey & Glasser helped me sell a business I built and operated for over 47 years. They negotiated a great price with the buyer then walked me through each stage of the process; we were always one or two steps ahead of everyone else in the deal thanks to my team at Bailey & Glasser.”
