Bailey Glasser Partners John Barrett and David L. Selby II recently led a presentation during an American Association for Justice (AAJ) Continuing Legal Education (CLE) webinar. The webinar was organized by the AAJ Class Action Litigation Group which will be made available during and after the AAJ 2020 Amped-Up virtual experience. The CLE Program Theme this year is “Current Issues in Class Action Litigation.”

The Class Action Litigation Group is Co-Chaired by Bailey Glasser’s David L. Selby II and Daniel Karon of Karon LLC. The CLE program was organized and moderated by Mark Chalos of Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, LLP.
