Overview

Bailey Glasser is fighting for justice on behalf of women and men who were abused as children at the hands of the State of Maryland acting through the Department of Juvenile Services and their predecessors.

As of October 1, 2023, any adult survivor of childhood sexual abuse that occurred before they turned 18 may now file lawsuits, regardless of the age they are now.

Bailey Glasser lawyers are deeply committed to fighting for survivors of child sexual abuse. Often, survivors feel hesitant to come forward with their claims. Our trauma-informed team provides a comforting, supportive setting for our clients, empowering them to find their voice and fight for justice one step at a time. All information shared with us is maintained as strictly confidential.

Some of our most inspiring clients have sustained unfathomable sexual abuse by persons in positions of trust, such as caregivers, clergy, detention guards, and teachers. We tirelessly seek justice and institutional change on behalf of survivors, exposing systemic wrongdoing and preventing future perpetration by holding individuals and institutions accountable.

If you or a loved one were sexually abused in a juvenile hall facility in Maryland, please contact our firm when you are ready.
