Partner Sharon Iskra to Moderate Part 5 of AAJ’s “Child Sexual Abuse Litigation Webinar: Journey to Justice”

In an effort to bring awareness of the importance of protecting vulnerable children, we are proud to highlight Sharon Iskra, Bailey Glasser partner and leader of our Institutional Abuse & Neglect team, as a co-creator of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) 14-part series “Child Sexual Abuse Litigation Webinar: Journey to Justice.”

Sharon will moderate Part 5 of the series: "Investigation of Child Sexual Abuse Claims” discussing best practices for investigation, both pre-suit and in-suit, featuring powerhouse Child Sexual Abuse attorneys Michelle Simpson Tuegel and Hillary Nappi. The session is CLE-approved for 1 credit and is taking place on April 21, 2025, at 1pm ET for AAJ members.

More about Sharon: Sharon Iskra is a nationally recognized trial attorney and an advocate for children, individuals with special needs, and those who have been abused, neglected, or exploited in institutional settings. Recently, Sharon has been at the forefront of litigation for hundreds of sexual abuse survivors who were assaulted as youths in Maryland juvenile detention facilities. She also represents individual child and adult sexual abuse survivors against other institutions in California, New York, Maryland, and West Virginia. She has achieved several multi-million-dollar verdicts and continues to fight for her clients through appeals.
