Patrick Muench Speaking at ABA ERISA Virtual Program

On January 14, Bailey Glasser Partner Patrick Muench will virtually take part in a panel discussion focusing on Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) litigation and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP). The program is organized by the American Bar Association (ABA) and will discuss the legal issues that arise from ESOP stock transactions and several court decisions that addressed ESOP purchases or sales of employer stock.
