Bailey Glasser served as lead counsel defending DCSI against a $30 million breach of contract claim arising out of DCSI’s alleged failure to deliver imported coal into the port of Charleston, SC. The case settled under a confidentiality agreement but received coverage in the trade press such as Coal Age and SNL Daily.
