Overview
Denali Hedrick is a lawyer based in Bailey Glasser’s Morgantown, WV office, representing clients in consumer protection and mass tort litigation. She previously served as a summer associate for the firm in both 2019 and 2020.
Denali graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2021 where she was a student practitioner in the United States Supreme Court Clinic and helped write appellate briefs and petitions for writs of certiorari for detained immigrants. In addition, she was a member of the litigation clinic where she advocated on behalf of low-income West Virginians in a variety of matters, including consumer bankruptcy, property disputes, and estate disputes.
Denali also served as a student fellow in the Center for Consumer Law and Education assisting in writing an amicus brief to the Supreme Court of the United States on behalf of the National Consumer Law Center (NCLC).
