B. Wayne Bowman II serves as a Land Specialist focusing on energy and environmental issues in the firm’s Charleston, West Virginia office. Wayne has more than 20 years of experience working on energy and environmental industries. He is experienced in negotiating lease, right-of-way (ROW) and other agreements with surface, oil and gas, and coal interests.

Wayne focuses on property and lease rights issues with special attention afforded to oil and gas related projects. He is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) as accredited by the American Association of Professional Landmen.
