Bailey Glasser attorney Kevin Barrett will participate in two panel discussions during the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) and the States’ Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys (SABA ) 2019 Bankruptcy Seminar in Santa Fe, New Mexico. On September 9, Kevin’s panel “Preparing for The Worst – and Reaping the Best,” will discuss ways for government regulators to think ahead about and plan for potential bankruptcies.

The following day, Barrett and his distinguished panelists will contemplate a hypothetical scenario if a state EPA head has to manage a recalcitrant violator who may be planning for bankruptcy in the plenary session, “Analyzing an Impending Bankruptcy.”
