Bailey Glasser Named One Of Top ERISA Firms In The Nation

Bloomberg Law cited Bailey Glasser as one of the top law firms getting the most business in class-action lawsuits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).

The article notes there has been an increase in ERISA lawsuits accusing retirement plan sponsors and administrators of breaching their fiduciary responsibilities to plan participants.

Bailey Glasser has been very successful with such lawsuits, recovering tens of millions of dollars for class members and often winning agreements to lower fees moving forward, saving participants even more.

Gregory Porter, of Bailey Glasser’s Washington, D.C., office, heads the firm’s ERISA practice group. Ryan Jenny, also of the firm’s D.C. office, and Mark Boyko, of the firm’s St. Louis office, are also involved in significant ERISA litigation.

Recently, Porter has helped secure a $12 million cash settlement with Fidelity Investments with millions more in future benefits, and another $36 million cash settlement with Northern Trust. Other eight-figure settlements have been reached recently, including an $11 million settlement against Principal Financial and a $19.8 million settlement against MonaVie.
