Bailey Glasser Announces Promotions for 2021
Bailey Glasser is pleased to announce the election of Travis Prince and Mark Boyko as partners in the firm. “We are excited to make this announcement as both Mark and Travis are fantastic lawyers and have shown a relentless energy in fighting for our clients,” said Founding Partner Ben Bailey.
Travis Prince (Morgantown, WV) focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases. Born and raised in the coalfields of Southern West Virginia, he brings a blue-collar work ethic to his personal injury law practice. “Travis has been an extraordinary colleague of ours and has been an integral member of our team that has enabled us to fight even harder on behalf of our clients,” said Partner Greg Haddad.
Mark Boyko (St. Louis, MO) practices primarily in the area of complex fiduciary breach and prohibited transaction litigation, representing clients in actions brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). He has secured judgments and settlements in this area exceeding $400 million and handled successful appeals in federal circuit courts and the US Supreme Court. “Mark has been a Rockstar for us, and I am excited about his election to partner,” said Partner Gregory Porter. “He has been a trusted partner of mine as we fight for employees and pensioners against companies who have breached their fiduciary duties.”
Founding Partner Brian Glasser continued, “Congratulations to both Travis and Mark on their elections to partner. Elevating both of these fine lawyers to partners provides the culmination of a difficult but successful 2020 for the firm. While the industry faced significant challenges due to the pandemic, we have persevered and continued to provide excellent representation to all our clients.”
