Bailey Glasser Representing Riverstone Credit Management in White Stallion Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Proceeding

In a remote hearing on January 28, 2020, US Bankruptcy Judge Laurie Selber Silverstein has given permission to White Stallion Energy LLC to spend the cash needed to service its debts.  White Stallion and Riverstone Credit Management, the agent for White Stallion's lenders, previously had reached an agreement for the coal company to use Riverstone's cash collateral.  White Stallion's principal and former management had opposed the use of cash collateral.
