Bailey Glasser Statement on Passing of Scott Messmore

Bailey Glasser has lost real estate lawyer Scott Messmore on May 16, 2020 from pancreatic cancer. Scott forgot more real estate law than most lawyers learn in a lifetime.  He worked on billion dollar transactions with the same commitment to detail and excellence as he gave to single family home purchases. He was the consummate professional and a wonderful human being. We were fortunate to be able to call him our friend and colleague.

Scott was a dedicated public servant who served his country in the US Army Reserves and was proud to be an Eagle Scout. He frequently discussed his desire to live his life and conduct his practice according to the Scout Motto, Oath, and Law. He succeeded.

May his memory be a blessing to all those he leaves behind. We extend our deepest sympathies to his wife Sharon and his entire family.
