Bloomberg Businessweek Article About Defective Taurus Guns Features Bailey Glasser Lawsuit

A recent article in Bloomberg Businessweek, “How Defective Guns Became the Only Product That Can’t Be Recalled,” featured a lawsuit brought by Bailey Glasser attorney David Selby II, of the firm’s Birmingham, Alabama, office.

Selby helped negotiate a landmark settlement with Taurus over alleged defects in pistols that allowed them to fire when dropped.  The Bloomberg article notes that no government agency has the power to order a recall of defective guns.

The alleged defects have caused numerous injuries and even deaths.
