David Selby Included in The National Trial Lawyers Top 100

Bailey Glasser attorney David Selby II was recently named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only organization of the premier trial lawyers from each state in the nation. Membership into the organization is extended only to the select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature and public profile. David is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers Specialty Association, Class Action Trial Lawyers.

David, located in the firm’s Birmingham, Alabama office, focuses his practice exclusively in the areas of class actions, personal injury, and consumer fraud. David spent his first few years after law school in public service and served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Tuscaloosa County DA's office. After leaving the DA's office, he spent a number of years at Wallace, Jordan, Ratliff & Brandt where he was a partner. In 2000, as one of the co-founders, David started the firm of Kee & Selby. This firm grew from four to eight lawyers in a very short time and was a go-to firm in the Birmingham area for many aspects of litigation. As David's practice became more concentrated in the areas of class actions and consumer fraud, he joined Bailey Glasser in 2012 and opened the Birmingham office.
