David Selby Included in The National Trial Lawyers Top 100

Bailey Glasser attorney David Selby II was recently reselected to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers, Civil Plaintiff, an invitation-only organization of the premier trial lawyers from each state in the nation. Membership into the organization is extended only to the select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature and public profile. David is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers Specialty Association, Class Action Trial Lawyers.

David is a partner in Bailey Glasser’s Birmingham, Alabama office and represents individuals who have been injured by defective firearms, medical devices and pharmaceutical drugs. David currently serves in several leadership and steering committee roles in multidistrict litigations (MDL) involving defective medical devices.
