Jonathan Marshall Receives West Virginia Association for Justice Member of the Year Award

Jonathan Marshall, a partner at Bailey Glasser LLP, has received the Stanley E. Preiser West Virginia Association for Justice Member of the Year Award.  Jonathan received the award in recognition of his leadership of the WVAJ Consumer Law Section.

Jonathan currently serves in a leadership capacity in multiple class and mass actions.  Jonathan earned a B. A. from West Virginia University and is a graduate of the WVU College of Law.
