Yellowstone Club Founder Tim Blixseth Files New Release Request
07.16.2015
As reported in the Independence Record, an attorney for former billionaire Tim Blixseth filed a petition asking that his client be released from jail or charged with a crime. Blixseth has been in a Montana jail since April for failing to account for proceeds from a Mexican resort that he sold in violation of a court order. Bailey Glasser attorney Kevin Barrett, who represents the Yellowstone Club Liquidating Trust, said “little has changed since the 9th Circuit denied Blixseth’s most recent petition in June and the trust will oppose Blixseth’s release”.
